We present ourselves as a team of professionals from multi-disciplinary backgrounds. Our key individuals are members of reputed professional organizations and have collective experience in over 10 countries around the globe on mid to mega-size projects including; railways, tunnels, highways, high-rise towers, theme parks, hotels, marine works, power plant projects, hospitals, and others.
We offer a wide variety of services to construction professionals with advice on a broad range in the construction process from inception to completion of projects, including, but not limited to, procurement of contracts, contracts administration, commercial management, cost management, project planning, quantity surveying, and claims management.
In Q Prevail, we have the view that successful projects can be accomplished but this requires effective planning, collaboration, and most importantly, anticipating and managing problems before they emerge as ‘’issues’’, “cause delays” and/or contractual non-compliance.
